Shipping
We process all orders within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times within the EU are usually 7-12 working days.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Returns
You may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, contact us at noctehelp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by NOCTE unless the item is faulty.
